Hi, I’m Angie — longtime Realtor turned health advocate. After 23+ years of living in nonstop “go mode,” I realized my health was suffering. Stress, poor sleep, skipped meals — I knew something had to change.
Then came COVID. Like many, I used that pause to reevaluate my life. I started prioritizing wellness, exploring self-care practices, and focusing on what really matters: health, family, and quality of life.
That’s when I found DexaFit. My first scan gave me powerful insight into my body — from visceral fat to bone density — and sparked a shift in how I approached my health journey.
Now, I’m proud to bring DexaFit to the Mankato community alongside my sister and two sons. Our mission? To help others take control of their health, gain clarity through science-backed testing, and live their best, healthiest lives.

We’re a proud, family-owned business bringing cutting-edge health and wellness testing to North Mankato. Our new DexaFit Mankato location opened in September 2024 and is led by lifelong locals Angie Jenkins and her two sons, Blake and Skyler Jenkins, alongside Angie’s sister and close friend, Emily Swalve.
